Please note: There is a minimum charge of one hour labour, thereafter the charge is calculated pro-rata for each commenced half an hour.
All quoted rates are exclusive of VAT at 20%; Parking, congestion and cost of provided materials are charged in addition to the labour charges.
Please enquire about charges during Bank Holidays,other public holidays and bad weather condition. We may also apply surcharge for call outs in locations beyond our standard coverage i.e. outside M25 circle and selected London boroughs.
Our engineers aim to reach the site within 1 hour from confirmed booking.

NO CALL OUT FEE
We do not charge a call out fee - chargeable time starts when our engineer arrives to the site. Please note, there is a minimum charge of one hour labour for any call out
QUOTATIONS AND ESTIMATES
We may provide quotations, which are free of charge and no obligations. However, we may exercise our discretion whether to provide such a quotation, subjects due to availability of engineers.
NETFIXX supply our vehicles with materials on a weekly bases, these are basic industry standard parts. If any particular parts are required to repair issues there is an additional maximum half hour handling fee to go and purchase materials.
If you require us to go online or order aboard any specific parts a minimum charge of an hours labour shall be chargeable.
Parking and congestion is additional if we are required to go in or pay and display
Materials, parking and congestion can be paid for by NETFIXX beforehand, however once the job has been complete this must be rein busted and paid up front.
HALF HOUR CHARGES - after the first
For each job there is a minimum charge of one hour labour. After that if further works is required we charge in half hour intervals. Before this commences the engineer will provide you with an update of what our findings are. We can then give you an estimate of how much more time we need, it is then your choice if you wish us to continue or not, if we can complete within reasonable time. In situations where we may have to damage structure of the building by running new cables you can be provided with an estimate and fixed rate for repair work.
Netfixx only charge for the time spent on the job.
These must be notified to a member of our team over the phone. Cancellations by emails are not accepted and may incur cancellation fee.
Emergency response services – Re-schedules or cancellations can be made within 10 minutes from booking the appointment - thereafter cancellation fee will be charged.
Bookings for another day – Cancellations can be made up to 17:00 hrs a day prior to the booked appointment.
CANCELLATIONS AND RE-SCHEDULING AFTER THE CANCELLATION TIME SHALL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF ONE HOUR LABOUR
Full payment is required on completion of job
NETFIXX have the right to reverse carried out work if payment is not made
Payments can be made online, over the phone, by BACS, cheque or cash
All payments go directly to NETFIXX Ltd and we are fully PCI compliant
CUSTOMER NOT PRESENT
Customers must inform us that you won’t be present to make payment before work commences
The responsibility of the final bill is down to the person whom booked the job
Persons paying over the phone must be contactable to make payment once work has been complete otherwise the responsibility of amount owed is charged to personnel’s on site
Card information or deposits may be required for customers not present
Invoices can be done online or manually, this will be carried out immediately on completion of the job
Signature of the invoice states you are fully satisfied with the works carried out and wish for NETFIXX to debit the amount owned from your account
This is a legal documentation between you (customer) and us (NETFIXX Ltd)
WORKSMANSHIP AND GUARANTEES
NETFIXX only guarantee our workmanship (things that are within our control)
All work carried out by NETFIXX Ltd comes with a 12 month guarantee
Parts are not included as they can be faulty at any time and is out of our control
If NETFIXX have to return and carry out additional work this shall be chargeable
Prices may be subject to terms & conditions AND due to special circumstances for example bank holidays or bad snowy weather conditions. Customers will be made fully aware of this before dispatching engineers.
Once you have made a booking with NETFIXX Ltd, you have agreed to all our terms and conditions stated clearly on this page. And have entered and agreed to a verbal contract between yourself (the customer) and (NETFIXX)
